Hayat Sür
HayatSür Association is a Turkish non-governmental organization, established in the form of a “Dernek” under Turkish law, NGO registration number 34-222-089.
Since 2012, HayatSür volunteers have been acting in the field of humanitarian aid to displaced Syrian community inside Syria and Turkey, mainly aiming to reach the children to provide support in the areas of education, psycho-social support, integration, capacity building and skills development, more than 100 thousand beneficiaries. HayatSür supports many Syrian cultural heritage protection projects.
HayatSür’s primary mission is providing the necessary tools to Syrian refugees so that they can integrate into the society as self-sufficient individuals. With this purpose, we HayatSür has completed several projects in Turkish cities Hatay, Gaziantep and Istanbul, mainly reaching out to Syrian children, young teachers, psycho-social experts and young women.
HayatSür provides free of charge Turkish language courses to Syrian students, teachers and high educated individuals. HayatSür supported various schools for their education material related needs. HayatSür provides moral and material support to Syrian entrepreneur women in their projects with which they can gain economic independence.
